Richard Thuma, Owner's Project Manager
Richard Thuma has managed a variety of new construction and facility renovation projects for owners in the Greater Boston area for more than 30 years. He has managed public projects, governed by the requirements of M.G.L. Chapter 149, in the Massachusetts towns of Ayer, Carver, North Andover, Shirley, Wakefield, Weston and Westwood. He has also worked for private real estate development firms including Gerald D. Hines Interests, of Houston, TX, and Archon Group, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs. The cumulative value of public and private projects managed by Mr. Thuma approaches $1 billion. He has worked with BH+A since 1989.
