Thomas Scarlata, AIA, CSI, CCS , Principal
Thomas Scarlata, a Principal at BH+A, has a thorough background in all aspects of architecture, which he has gained through his 18-year career. He is a Certified Construction Specifier (CCS) and a Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA). Mr. Scarlata is a pure technician with extensive experience in metric, codes, standards, ADA, security, sustainability, energy efficiency, value engineering, estimating and project management. Mr. Scarlata is familiar with public bid laws, drawing requirements, construction administration practices and has experience with buildings of varied sizes, both new and renovations. He has a proved track record of meeting schedules, budget commitments and establishing successful working relationships with contractors. His knowledge of general building laws and technical expertise are key factors in reducing contractor change orders on our projects.
